Cam1Travel Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible and clear as possible.

Cancellations by the Client

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email.

  • All payments = non-refundable & non-transferable

  • No refunds for unused services under any circumstances

  • Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended *

Third-Party Suppliers

Many of the experiences we curate are delivered by trusted partners, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators. These suppliers maintain their own policies, which may include non-refundable or non-transferable terms.

We always advocate on your behalf, but refunds are ultimately subject to each supplier’s conditions.

Consultation Service Fees

Our travel planning, consultation, and concierge fees reflect the time and expertise dedicated to your journey and are non-refundable once services have commenced.

No-Shows

Missed departures or unused services are considered no-shows and are not eligible for refunds.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In rare situations beyond our control (such as weather events, public health concerns, or government restrictions), we will do everything possible to support alternative arrangements. Any refunds will depend on supplier policies.

Travel Insurance*

For peace of mind, we highly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Please be sure to inquire about cancel for any reason protection and travel insurance which do not always mean the same thing. 

FAQs

  • Yes, please submit an email to camille@cam1travel.com to receive an updated copy of the terms and conditions when booking ANY vacation package or excursion.

  • Cam1Travel abides by all terms and conditions of any utilized supplier.

  • Cam1Travel allows one courtesy change for any component of the vacation if allowed. After the courtesy change, a change fee will be assessed in addition to any supplier change fees. Change fees are applicable at any time once you book your vacation/excursion. After the courtesy change has been made, any additional changes incur a fee of $25.00 per person based on the current reservation. The change fee is non-refundable.

  • All parties in one ROOM/CABIN on the same itinerary MUST have the deposit to secure the vacation rate.

  • Your final payment due date is clearly communicated at the time of booking.  If you are unable to make your final payment, you should contact Cam1travel immediately when you are aware of the situation and also be aware that a late payment fee maybe applicable based on your vacation package.  All situations and payment dates are unique to the vacation package secured, please inquire about late payments and cancellation penalties and fees in advance. 

  • Passports are HIGHLY recommended for ALL TRAVEL. Information for obtaining or renewing your passport can be found here: travel.state.gov

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended for all packages. Cam1 Travel will provide any quotes for travel insurance upon request. Some packages will automatically include travel insurance and be noted.

  • Nothing holds a rate but a deposit UNLESS otherwise noted.

  • All deposits should be considered non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

  • Excursions can always be booked with or without a vacation package.  You should submit your trip inquiry and detail excursions only and your destination. 

  • Yes! I am available for all kinds of "group" travel.
